RESERVE YOUR PASTURED LAMB NOW! This Icelandic lamb will be ready for pick up in the Fall.

$150 DEPOSIT required to hold your half. A half is approx 15-25 lbs hanging weight. Lamb is $15.00 per/lb, based on hanging weight, plus butcher fees. Butcher fees are determined by the butcher at the time of processing.

Prior to your meat being processed you will be sent a custom order form to fill out what cuts you would like. The final hanging weight is determined at processing and remaining payment is due on processing day.

Hough Heritage Farms does not offer shipping on food items. All food is picked up from the Farm Store only. Please arrange a time for pick up in advance. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on deposits or food items.

Butcher’s Fees

Butcher fees are as follows, these fees are subject to change. Butcher fees are determined by the Butcher at the time of processing.

  • Pork on farm slaughter fee $100 per animal, custom cut and wrap fee $1.30 per lb. Bacon and Sausage are an extra $2 - $3 per lb for curing and smoking.

  • Beef on farm slaughter fee $150 per animal, custom cut and wrap fee $1.40 per lb

  • Goat and Sheep on-farm slaughter fee $75 per animal, custom cut and wrap fee $1.30 per lb

  • Chicken $12 butcher fee per bird

  • Turkey $18 butcher fee per bird

Each animal is different so we cannot predetermine weights. You will be charged on the hanging weight of your specific animal. We try to match hanging weights to each customer's needs. If you want a smaller or larger whole or half please let us know.

We will know hanging weights on processing day. Hanging weights are the carcass without the head, hide, feet and intestines/organs (offal) etc. You are not charged for organs and they will be sold separately when available.
